Waiting for the Train

Gurjaani—a small town in Georgia where time seems to stand still. Years ago, a train ran through here, connecting people, bringing life and opportunity. Now, all that’s left are ruins, forgotten tracks, and memories.

We spoke to the people—young and old—about the train, what it meant to them, and what they think of its absence today. Their voices take us on a journey through time, from what once was to what could be.

The tracks may be silent, but the story isn’t over yet.
